Basic life Support (BLS) following by Advanced cardiac life Support (ACLS) is intended to rescue the patients with acute circulatory or respiratory failure or both. The most important determinant of short and long-term neurologically intact survival is the interval from the onset of the cardiac or respiratory onset to restoration of effective spontaneous functions of these vital activities.It is commonly accepted that every physician, regardless of specialty, should be able to  perform CPR. It must be also emphasized that CPR, almost invariably, necessitates a rapid interventional follow-care with ACLS procedure.Without well-performed basic life Support, advanced cardiac life Support is of no remark-: able benefit, BLS and ACLS are processes that must be performed step by step and with respect to the patient's condition.

Background and Aim: Since past time, societies have been encountered with such damages as diseases, poverty and death. Hence, it is for centuries that many states have attempted to reduce such damages via policymaking in order to realize citizens’,Welfare rights. Social consequences of such initiatives are manifested in promoting citizens’,life quality level. Therefore, in the modern era, the social policies of the governments have been followed with different approaches from the past and have been influenced by the surrounding conditions of the societies. Methods: Research methodology in present paper is based on cause-and-effect analysis of data and data collection technique is based on library and documents studying in order to respond raised hypothesis in the paper. Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed. Results: Present paper findings suggest that today states have looked at human’, s Welfare rights through a new approach and have attempted to cover damages from people’, s incapability such as unemployment, disability and senescence through wisdom of the crowd and utilizing social initiatives and policymaking in macro levels since such damages would yield to reduction in incomes and consequently, mitigation in Welfare level and losing human dignity. Conclusion: The focal point of efforts can be seen in theories resulted from establishing Welfare state that could improve citizens’,Welfare and life qualities through Supportive policies and extending human security indicators in food supply, healthcare services and training and have enhanced life expectancy via a human development approach. Despite of this, states impacted by globalization, have pursued a postWelfare approach on social policymaking based on a minimum attitude toward Supporting citizens’,Welfare rights.

This research was done among university students. The sample included 150 students selected randomly from male and female students in faculty of humanities, Kashan University. To collect data, Riff’s psychological Welfare questionnaire and Oxford perceived social Support and happiness were used. The research was correlational. Results indicated that there was relationship between psychological Welfare, social Support and happiness. Regression analysis showed that social Support and happiness were predictors of psychological Welfare; and happiness was a stronger predictor in this respect. In addition, there was no significant difference between male and female students in respect to psychological Welfare and social Support. This difference was present in respect to happiness.

In this research, we have tried to show whether the situations of the factors effective on empowering the NGOs active in the Welfare Purview of Mazandaran Province is favourable.For this purpose, the independent variables-structural factors, functional factors and contextual factors-were studied, and in order to attain the research goal, we designed a questionnaire and collected the data, which were analyzed by using SPSS software. The research showed that the situation of the factors effective on empowering the NGOs of the Welfare Purview of Mazandaran Province is favourable.

The concepts "Welfare" and "Security" while combined by the concept "Social" are of new ones born during modem developments. Because of such characteristic, they have got involved in modem social affairs and it seems impossible to make a clear and comprehensive definition for them so that all the experts have a common idea about it. But bringing their formations into account and their applications either, will lead us to a reasonable understanding of them. "Social Welfare" is used to indicate to a condition including economic, social and political one and focuses on human being, society accountability to human being and tries to promote the social potential as a whole in individual and group aspects."Social Welfare" has although many things in common with social Welfare, but has a different attitude toward the problems. Introduction: Educational well-being is one of the most important factors affecting educational outcomes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of academic hope and perceived emotional Support in predicting the academic well-being of medical students. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic study of correlation type. Statistical population included all students of Yazd University of Medical Sciences (n=5363) during the academic year of 2017-2018. The sample size was 352 (47. 4% female and 53. 6% male) according to Morgan table and they were selected by cluster random sampling. The instruments used included the standard questionnaire for the education of Khormaei and Kamari, the perceived emotional Support of Pourbirgani and colleagues, the well-being of Peitrin et al. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and independent t-test through SPSS. Results: The findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables of academic hope and perceived emotional Support with educational well-being (p<0. 05). On the other hand, the perceived emotional Support variables (%18) hopefulness opportunities (%23), hope for the university's benefit (%27) and the hope of earning (%30) predicted variance of educational well-being respectively. In this regards, the results of independent groups showed that there was a significant difference between perceived emotional Support of male and female students, so that the difference was in favor of girls (p<0. 001). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, academic hope and perceived emotional Support play a significant role in the prediction of educational well-being So, It is suggested by addressing the fundamental needs of students through families and the community, the educational well-being of the students could be provided.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology in the past decades, the growing competition between Organizations in attracting and retaining customers as the main source of competitive advantage in today's world has led to the emergence of a new concept called customer relationship management. This article, due to the introduction of new concepts such as customer reciprocity, consumer protection. . . In the Iranian Organizations, effective communication between the audience and the customer is trying to map the implementation of a customer relationship management system in Iranian Organizations. To achieve this, after describing the concepts and expanding the topics related to customer relationship management, models and patterns have been considered in today's Organizations, and the common components among them have been extracted in three areas of processes, technology and human issues. Through studies the necessity of implementing the review model and then studying the knowledge of the world today, the frameworks of implementation of customer relationship management in today's Organizations were investigated and their elements were extracted. Considering the specific features of the Iranian environment, a framework was proposed, which was completely compared by reviewing the subject matter of the research. Adaptation the content and creative thinking were obtained. Through a case study at the Refugee Bank of Workers as an Iranian service organization, more information was gathered about the proposed framework.
